individualised mentorship

to promote emotional resilience. Provideacademic support
, particularly inMaths
, to build strong foundational skills. Create and leadengaging educational activities
tailored to different developmental stages. Collaborate withparents, teachers, and specialists
to develop comprehensive support plans. Applybehavioural analysis techniques
to encourage independence and personal growth. Monitor and recordprogress
, delivering meaningful insights and feedback to parents and educators.Skills & Qualifications:
Expertise in
behaviour management
and emotional development. Experience inearly childhood care
, particularly with toddlers. Background inspecial education
or related fields (highly beneficial
). Knowledge ofspeech therapy techniques
(an advantage
). Familiarity withapplied behaviour analysis principles
. Strong mentoring skills with a focus onempowering young learners
. Solidacademic tutoring abilities
, especially inMaths
.Patience, empathy, and excellent communication
