About the Role

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will:

Provide tailored support to students with special educational needs (SEN) or those requiring additional assistance. Work closely with teachers to deliver engaging lessons and support individual or small group learning. Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment to promote student confidence and progress. Work flexibly, with opportunities for

daily supply roles

or

long-term assignments

in primary and secondary schools across Sheerness and surrounding areas.
Key Requirements

Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Previous experience working with children or young people (e.g., teaching assistant, youth worker, or caregiving roles) is desirable but not essential. A passion for supporting student development and promoting inclusive education. Flexibility and adaptability to work in different schools and with diverse student needs. Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
