Minimum Level 2 Teaching Assistant / Level 6 Qualification - Degree
Experience working in a primary school
Duties and Responsibilities
To provide a high standard of physical, emotional, social and intellectual care for children
Support the school staff to facilitate the active participation of children in the academic and social activities of a school
Contribute to raising standards of achievement for all pupils.
To implement the daily routine
When directed, plan and implement age-appropriate activities, in conjunction with other staff
Assisting children in personal/intimate care
Regularly evaluate children's development and keep records as appropriate, as directed by the teacher
Liaise with parents/carers of children, only when directed by a school's class teacher
Uphold the Ripple Education ethos and all safeguarding requirements, including ensuring that children are supervised at all times.
To ensure the provision of a high-quality environment to meet the needs of individual children at each stage of development
