Our Learning Support Team plays a crucial role in providing individual and in-class assistance to help learners overcome barriers and reach their potential. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Learning Support Tutor to join us in making a real difference.
As a Learning Support Tutor, you will provide one-to-one and classroom-based support to students. You will help them develop essential study skills, boost their confidence, and achieve their academic goals. Working closely with teaching staff, you will adapt resources and strategies to create an inclusive learning environment for all.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide personalised one-to-one support, helping students with study techniques, organisation, and coursework.
Support students in the classroom by reinforcing learning and assisting with understanding key concepts.
Work collaboratively with tutors and learning support teams to develop strategies that meet individual needs.
Encourage independence and self-confidence in students as they work towards their goals.
