About the Role




The Supported Learning department provides in-class and 1:1 support to our SEN learners, to help them maximise their potential and reach their learning goals, so that the learner journey is enjoyable, successful and prepares them for future progression.



Due to an increased demand in the need for learner support, Learning Support Workers are required to provide in-class support to learners within our supported learning department. Courses are scheduled across the week, during the day and early evening at our Richmond campus.

About You




The successful candidate(s) will have excellent communication and record-keeping skills, the ability to motivate learners to achieve their targets, have a supportive and positive approach and be able to respond effectively to the learner's individual needs.
