Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Block and Estate Property Manager to oversee the efficient management of one of our portfolios across Gloucester and the Southeast.

This is a hybrid role that can be based remotely or from our Head Office in Keynsham, Bristol. Regular travel to the Head Office, as well as site visits across Gloucester and the Southeast, will be required to ensure a professional, flexible, and responsive service.

Key Responsibilities of the role:



Efficiently handle telephone enquiries and maintain regular client communication. Coordinate repairs, maintenance requests, and insurance claims to ensure client satisfaction. Oversee budget preparation, accounts, and Section 20 processes. Act as the Building Management Company secretary when required and attend AGM and Director meetings. Ensure Health & Safety processes are adhered to in each development under management. Utilise internal systems, attend meetings, and maximise opportunities with clients.

The Successful Candidate will have:



Experience in Leasehold Property Management with knowledge of legal requirements. Strong administrative and IT skills. AIRPM (level 2) qualification required as a minimum. Excellent communication skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Full driving licence and access to own vehicle are essential.

Please note, salary advertised is basic salary with OTE included
