We are seeking a professional and personable Leasing Associate to join our team, who will focus on the tenancy progression for Angel Gardens. The successful candidate will be responsible for deal progression from the point an offer is made through to move in. The ideal candidate will require excellent organisational skills, strong communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail. The Leasing Associate will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation of our leasing process and enhancing tenant satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Respond promptly to all tenancy progression enquiries via phone, email and in-person.
Manage leasing documentation, including applications, lease agreements, and related paperwork using Yardi or similar property management software.
Assist with data entry and maintain accurate records of tenant information and leasing activities.
Upsell additional services or amenities to prospective tenants to maximise occupancy rates.
Coordinate with maintenance and management teams to ensure units are prepared for new tenants.
Follow up with prospective tenants to answer questions and facilitate the leasing process efficiently.
Support administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and maintaining organised filing systems.
In the absence of the Viewing Associate you will be required to conduct property tours and provide detailed information about available units to prospective tenants.
Experience
Ideally 2 years experience within a customer service role.
Previous office / admin experience is preferred, ideally within property management or real estate sectors. (Will consider PBSA and Hospitality back grounds)
Familiarity with property management software is highly desirable.
Proven data entry skills with high accuracy and attention to detail.
Strong administrative experience with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written, with professional phone etiquette.
