Synced are representing a BTR client in ?Central London looking to find an exceptional talented leasing / letting ?Associate.

The Leasing / Lettings Associate?s ?are pivotal? to the wider sales & operations teams, reporting into the ?Leasing Manager and being responsible for? overseeing maximum occupancy!

Outline responsibility will be to manage lettings (new sales, lease up and retention), leasing cycles, tenancy &? documentation management, marketing planning (alongside central services), revenue maximisation and resident? satisfaction throughout the tenancy.

Key criteria for this role:

Strong ?sales, leasing or lettings experience in ideally BTR? or PBSA/wider property sector. Excellent leasing knowledge? to include sales, marketing, re-bookers. Amazing sales, customer service and customer satisfaction experience?. Attention to detail, organised and excellent time management skill?s?.

Overview of the role:

Working closely with the leadership team on site, regional operations and central marketing, you will be responsible? for overseeing the following:

Delivery of exceptional tenancy experience from first impression to lease agreement and beyond Sales performance - hitting agreed tenancy, revenue, conversion and retention targets On site marketing management Site tours and show rounds - tenancy, groups Enquire management - emails, webchat etc Documentation & Data management Exceptional management of all stakeholders surrounding a leasing cycle Event management

To be considered for and be successful in this role you will need to be:

100% confident in your sales conversion abilities

Strong demonstrable BTR/Resi leasing / lettings experience

Outstanding customer services centric experience

Organised, a strong team player, self-motivated and great under pressure.
