Moda is looking for a part-time or full-time Leasing Associate to join our existing team. Moda is creating the UK's leading lifestyle experience brand by delivering and operating next generation neighbourhoods to live in! The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing leasing contracts, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting administrative tasks. This position requires strong communication skills and the ability to effectively engage with potential residents while promoting our properties. You and the team will work together to achieve your goals and to deliver at every level for our residents!

Responsibilities

Conduct property tours for prospective residents, showcasing the features and benefits of available high spec modern living apartments. Assist potential residents with every stage of the application process, ensuring all necessary documentation is collected and processed efficiently. Provide excellent customer service through effective phone etiquette and prompt responses to enquiries. Follow up on all applications and the vetting process. Engage in upselling techniques to promote additional services or features that enhance tenant satisfaction. Perform data entry tasks to ensure all information is up-to-date and accurately reflected in our systems. Collaborate with the wider team to ensure smooth operations and address residents concerns promptly. Support administrative functions as needed, including scheduling appointments and managing office supplies.

Experience

Previous office experience is essential with a focus on administrative roles preferred. Familiarity with property management software is advantageous. Strong data entry skills with attention to detail are required. Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills are necessary for engaging with potential tenants effectively. Positive Can Do Attitude! Experience in upselling or sales roles would be beneficial but not mandatory.
