We have a number of opportunities across our 3 luxury schemes in the vibrant city of Birmingham, including in our brand-new flagship development due to launch later this year.
As a Leasing Associate, you will play a critical role in driving sales, maximising occupancy, and delivering a world-class leasing experience. You'll be the front line of our sales engine--building relationships, converting leads, conducting exceptional viewings and ensuring our residents receive a seamless and premium onboarding journey.

Key Responsibilities


SALES & CUSTOMER CONVERSION

Proactively follow up inbound leads, qualify prospects, and convert enquiries into leases. Understand customer requirements and align them with available apartments to deliver tailored solutions. Conduct compelling in-person and virtual tours, highlighting apartment features and lifestyle benefits across the development. Close deals by confidently handling negotiations, overcoming objections, and promoting value over price. Track and meet weekly and monthly leasing KPIs, conversion rates, and pipeline targets.

REVENUE GENERATION



Drive additional revenue by upselling lifestyle amenities, premium apartment features, parking, and event space. Actively promote tenancy renewals and negotiate favourable lease extensions. Identify new commercial opportunities and recommend strategies to boost ancillary income. Monitor market conditions and provide regular feedback to the Leasing Manager to support dynamic pricing strategies.

MARKETING & LEAD ENGAGEMENT



Manage all incoming enquiries from multiple channels, ensuring timely and personalised follow-ups. Partner with the marketing team to optimise lead generation and engagement campaigns. Use and update accurately CRM systems to track customer journeys and provide reporting on conversion funnel performance. Gather and report customer feedback post-viewing to help refine sales messaging and marketing collateral.

Operational & Administrative Excellence



Support the full leasing lifecycle: applications, referencing, tenancy agreements, move-in packs, and post-move follow-ups. Ensure all required payments are secured prior to move-in and assist residents in setting up recurring rent payments. Maintain accurate customer and leasing records across internal systems. Liaise with utility and broadband providers to ensure smooth transitions for incoming and outgoing residents.

What You'll Need to Succeed


Experience & Background

Proven track record in residential lettings, hospitality sales, or private rental sector. Experience working to and exceeding targets in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment. Familiarity with the Build to Rent model is preferred. Attention to detail is key to ensure accurate data and reporting.
Sales & Customer Skills

Energetic self-starter with a passion for sales, service, and resident satisfaction. Excellent negotiation skills with a commercial mindset and closing ability. Confident, outgoing communicator with strong verbal and written skills. Well-presented and highly organised with strong attention to detail.
Attitude & Approach

Proactive, dynamic, and results-driven--ready to own targets and challenge the status quo. Collaborative team player who thrives on sharing success and contributing to shared goals. Always looking for ways to add value and suggest improvements to systems, sales strategy, or customer experience.

Pay: 25,000.00-27,000.00 per year
