We're looking for a

Car Leasing Renewals Consultant

to join our high-performing team and play a key role in retaining and delighting our loyal customers. What You'll Be Doing:

Proactively contacting existing customers nearing the end of their lease to explore renewal options Building strong relationships and understanding each customer's needs Providing expert advice on the latest models, deals, and leasing packages Working closely with the sales and support teams to ensure a seamless handover Managing your own pipeline and hitting monthly renewal targets Delivering a five-star service every time - because our reputation depends on it

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in customer service, telesales, or account management (automotive or leasing experience is a big plus) Confidence in building rapport over the phone and via email Organised, self-motivated, and target-driven with a positive attitude A genuine passion for helping customers and creating long-term loyalty Tech-savvy and able to quickly get to grips with CRM systems and processes
