The Role

As

Renewals Manager

, you'll be responsible for overseeing and enhancing our entire customer renewal journey. From building a strategic renewal process to inspiring a high performing team, you'll play a pivotal role in increasing customer loyalty, driving retention rates, and maximising renewal conversions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the renewals department, ensuring KPIs, targets, and SLAs are consistently achieved or exceeded Develop and implement a structured renewals strategy focused on customer retention and lifetime value Work closely with Sales, Aftersales, and Marketing teams to deliver seamless customer experiences Coach, support, and motivate the renewals team with clear objectives, regular feedback, and ongoing development Monitor renewal pipeline activity, analyse performance metrics, and report on departmental results Manage communication plans to re-engage customers, introduce new vehicle options, and deliver personalised leasing solutions Collaborate with senior leadership to influence business strategy and introduce process improvements Handle escalated customer issues with professionalism and empathy
What We're Looking For

Proven experience in the automotive or car leasing industry, ideally in renewals, account management, or sales A natural leader with experience managing a high-performing team Strong commercial awareness and a data-driven approach to decision-making Excellent communication and negotiation skills Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience
