This exciting role will include:
Deliver engaging and informative lectures and practical sessions on various beauty topics.
Assess students' work and provide constructive feedback to support their learning and development.
Develop and update course materials to reflect current industry standards and practices.
Support students in achieving their qualifications and career goals.
Maintain accurate records of student progress and achievements.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of our beauty programs.
If you can demonstrate the following, then we'd love to hear from you:
Relevant qualifications in Beauty Therapy up to Level 3
Relevant industry experience
Desirable- Teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, Cert Ed) or willingness to work towards one.
Highly desirable - Post holder holds an assessor's qualification.
Experience in teaching and assessing beauty courses at various levels.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Commitment to student success and professional development.
Ability to work flexibly and adapt to the needs of the institution and students.

Annual salary: 26,877 - 41,414 per annum Full Time Equivalent - will be pro rata for part time (Subject to qualifications, skills and experience).
Part time, 23 hours per week, full year, fixed term contract until August 2026.
