The Role

Blackpool and The Fylde College (B&FC) is currently seeking a motivated and experienced Lecturer in Food & Beverage Service. This is an exciting opportunity to deliver high-quality teaching and inspire students to succeed in the dynamic hospitality industry.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

As a key member of the team, your primary responsibility will be to assist in the development and delivery of outstanding learning experiences for students. Specific duties will include:


Delivering inclusive, high-quality teaching, learning, and assessment in Food & Beverage Service. Supporting curriculum design and ensuring content aligns with industry standards. Monitoring student recruitment, progress, achievement, and progression. Participating in the recruitment process through interviews, events, and initial guidance. Engaging in continuous professional development and contributing to academic and professional practice.
