MK College Group have an exciting new opportunity for a Construction and Groundworks tutor, to join the team based at HMP Fosse Way, Leicester. The role will involve the support in delivering of City & Guilds Construction qualifications at level 1 and 2.


As a successful Construction Tutor, you will truly inspire them and provide learners with a positive learning experience. You will be connecting with learners in a professional manner, supporting them with their learning, enabling them to achieve success through not only qualifications, but developing the confidence and softer skills that they can apply to employment as well as other areas of education.

We are seeking an individual who can communicate well with students to inspire and motivate them. The average class consists of 9 students, supported by a team of prison mentors and workshop technician. The sessions are approximately 2.75 hours long. Your lessons will need to be adaptable, innovative, and imaginative.
