We are seeking a passionate and committed Lecturer in Counselling to deliver high-quality teaching and learning across our counselling programs at our Nuneaton and South Wigston campuses.

The Role
Delivering CPCAB approved Level 2, 3 and 4 qualifications via a range of teaching sessions, online workshops and 1 to 1 tuition. A practicing Counsellor, you will use your wealth of experience to guide the next generation.
As a Lecturer in Counselling, you will design and deliver engaging lessons, provide excellent academic and pastoral support, and help students progress to employment, higher education, or professional practice. You will contribute to curriculum development, embed inclusive and innovative teaching methods, and ensure programs remain industry-relevant and aligned with professional standards.
Qualifications Required
You will hold a Level 4 qualification (or above) in Counselling, along with a teaching qualification (or be willing to work towards one). You will have up-to-date knowledge of counselling theory, ethics and practice, and experience of working with learners from diverse backgrounds. Membership of a professional body such as BACP or CPCAB is desirable. Above all, you will be an excellent communicator, committed to safeguarding, equality and inclusion.
