Are you ready to inspire the engineers of tomorrow? DNCG are looking to recruit lecturers in Electrical Installation to join our dynamic team.


What we're looking for:

Level 3 in Electrical Installation Experience working as an electrician 18th Edition is desirable Maths & English GCSE's (C/Level 4 and above) A maintained subject knowledge on industry developments, and links with the sector. A commitment to fostering an inclusive learning and working environment.

What you'll be doing:

Delivering a high-quality teaching and learning experience to a cohort of engineering students. Implementing new technologies into programmes of study Building relationships both across group and externally with industry partners to further enhance the teaching experience, and encourage progression into industry Integrating functional skills into lessons. Managing student behaviour and maintaining a positive learning environment.

We are looking to diversify the experience of our DNCG teaching associates, we value both industry and academic experience - did you know that you could work as a Lecturer while being supported through your teaching qualifications? Making the transition from industry to education is a seamless transition and something that we can support you with, we offer a Let's teach programme Trade to teach and mentor support with a reduced timetable.
