20.59 - 21.62 per taught hour, dependent on qualifications & experience

Variable Hours contract, as and when required

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the high performing and rapidly growing 'A Level' Curriculum Area at Boston College.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed Lecturer in Psychology to join our dedicated team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to teach A Level Psychology, engaging learners in the study of the mind and behaviour while helping them achieve their full potential.

You'll bring your passion for Psychology into the classroom, using innovative and inclusive teaching strategies to bring the subject to life. As part of a supportive and forward-thinking department, you'll play a vital role in shaping the student experience and raising aspirations.

Key Responsibilities

Teach across Psychology courses in the A level department Develop and deliver engaging and informative lessons Support and inspire students to reach their full potential Participate in curriculum development and continuous improvement initiatives Engage in ongoing professional development to enhance teaching practices
