Job Description

Location: London College of Contemporary Arts (LCCA) | London (Tower Hill & Aldgate)


Salary: 42,000 - 50,000, plus a special Weekend Premium of up to 5,000 pro-rata


Hours: Full-time (40 hours per week)


Work Pattern: Weekend Teaching is required (Saturday and/or Sunday)

The Role


============


You'll play a key role in delivering our BA (Hons) Business Management programme, helping students develop analytical, critical thinking, and entrepreneurial skills. From module design to inspiring classroom delivery, you'll shape learning experiences across weekdays, evenings, and weekends.


Key responsibilities:

Deliver innovative and inclusive teaching across Levels 4-6 (Level 3 & 7 desirable) Develop and lead engaging business modules Provide academic and pastoral support to students Contribute to curriculum development, assessment design, and standardisation Drive industry engagement through your professional networks Participate in course reviews, team meetings, and examination boards Engage in research, scholarly activity, or enterprise initiatives

What You'll Need

Essential:

A BA and postgraduate qualification in Business (or related discipline), or equivalent professional experience Experience teaching in Higher Education and developing course materials A track record of innovative, inclusive pedagogy Strong industry links and awareness of current business practices Excellent communication, organisation, and teamwork skills

Desirable:

Fellowship of the HEA (or working toward it) PhD or equivalent research/professional standing Experience teaching at Level 3 and/or Level 7 Experience contributing to enterprise, research, or external partnerships
