Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Lecturer to support the delivery of undergraduate and postgraduate Business Management programmes. This role focuses on teaching, assessment, academic support, and contributing to curriculum development, with a strong emphasis on enhancing the student experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver engaging lectures and seminars. Lead and support modules, ensuring academic quality and compliance with quality assurance standards. Design inclusive learning resources, including digital materials. Assess student work, provide constructive feedback, and participate in moderation. Act as a personal tutor and support students' academic progress. Engage in academic administration, team meetings, and student support initiatives. Contribute to research, knowledge exchange, or scholarly activity where appropriate. Promote equality, diversity, and inclusion across teaching and student engagement.

Requirements:

Essential:

Master's degree in Business Management or a related field Minimum 12 months of UK higher education teaching experience PGCert in HE or Fellowship status (FHEA) Familiarity with e-learning platforms and digital teaching tools

Benefits:

30,000 - 35,000 per year (Depending on Experience and Qualifications) Up to 5,000 annual performance incentive (pro-rata, paid quarterly post-probation on top of the salary) 28 days annual leave plus bank holidays 3% annual salary increase on service anniversary, subject to KPIs Professional development and training opportunities

Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (onsite)
