Who We Need

The purpose of this role is to develop and teach on the Business-related programmes. You will be teaching across a range of levels and qualifications including BTEC and T Level in Management and Administration, the vocational equivalent to A Levels.

Do you have a strong Business background with proven results? Are you looking to extend your teaching experience in an incredibly dynamic, exciting and challenging environment? Would you like to be at the forefront of leading our T Level in Management and Administration

The successful candidate will work within our highly successful Business curriculum and will lead and teach across our provision.


You will be responsible for ensuring that courses meet learner needs, industry standards and awarding body requirements. You will have teaching experience and be able to demonstrate experience of working within quality systems and procedures.

Experience of working in a FE environment, working with a wide range of students and abilities Ability to provide flexible and innovative approaches to the delivery of the curriculum, including the use of learning technologies Able to work effectively as a member of a team Have a respectful and inclusive attitude towards students and colleagues Qualified to degree level or equivalent in related subject area Holds a teaching qualification or willing to work towards
