To plan, deliver and evaluate creative and innovative teaching, learning and assessment for levels 1,2 & 3 including classroom/workshop theory and practical teaching in Hospitality, Catering and Tourism specialising in Catering.

Key Responsibilities
To deliver high standards of teaching and learning and to monitor assessment processes in accordance with awarding body requirements.
To deliver departmental requirements of core and additional programmes including functional skills, work skills and tutoring.
To deliver on Level 1, 2, 3, T Level and HE programmes as required by the demands of the curriculum.
Producing sequencing documents and schemes of work, lesson plans, assessment plans, learning materials and any other related activities that impact on the effectiveness of learning.
To co-ordinate and maintain records of formative and summative assessments of students' learning carried out by the course team.
To communicate external examination entry and timetable arrangements to the course team and students.
To work pro-actively to forward the success and vision of the department and the College.
Experience of working in an catering and hospitality industry with indepth knowledge of culinary, front of house and events.
