Your Day-to-Day Impact



Are you passionate about shaping the future of the built environment and inspiring the next generation of professionals? Join us as a dynamic educator delivering cutting-edge programs in Surveying, CAD, Construction Technology, Digital Design (Revit/BIM), and Civil Engineering. In this pivotal role, you will teach Level 3 T Level and Level 4 HTQ courses, designing high-quality Schemes of Work and lesson plans that align with the latest industry standards and curriculum frameworks.


You'll not only deliver engaging, practical lessons but also play a key role in assessing student progress with fairness and precision, providing constructive feedback to empower learners on their journey to success. As a personal tutor, you'll support students through tailored guidance, monitoring their attendance, behaviour, and wellbeing to foster an inclusive and motivating learning environment.


This role offers the unique opportunity to prepare students for occupational specialisms and project-based assessments, while also contributing to curriculum development, employer engagement, and quality assurance processes. Ability to work well with students of all backgrounds

Ability to work both collaboratively with colleagues and on their own initiative

A flexible and solution-focused approach to work Drive and passion to implement curriculum developments Industry background in Construction Management, Site Engineering, or Civil Engineering Experience or competency in AutoCAD, Revit, Digital Surveying Equipment, and BIM Knowledge of T Level and/or HTQ curriculum (desirable but not essential) Teaching qualification (or willingness to work towards one) Strong communication, organisation, and interpersonal skills Commitment to supporting learners from diverse backgrounds

Effective organisational skills (self and workload)

Extensive knowledge of own subject area (in addition to teaching ability) effective verbal and written communication skills

Proficiency with software needed in role

Experience of working with people in a learning environment
