Salary:

29,294 - 40,814 per year

(Depending on Skills, Qualifications & Experience)

Contract Type:

Full Time - 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year

What You'll Do



Teach and assess learners across Criminology and related programmes (including Level 3 and/or Higher Education provision) Deliver engaging, contemporary lessons exploring crime, deviance, punishment, and the criminal justice system Support learners to develop critical thinking, research, and analytical skills Create inclusive and stimulating learning environments that encourage discussion and debate Track learner progress and provide clear, constructive feedback to support achievement Maintain high standards of safeguarding, professionalism, and learner wellbeing

What You'll Bring



A relevant qualification in Criminology or a closely related discipline (Level 6 or above preferred) Strong subject knowledge and enthusiasm for criminological theory and real-world application Experience teaching, tutoring, or supporting learners in an educational setting A commitment to inclusive, student-centred teaching A teaching qualification is welcomed -- but if you don't have one yet, we'll support you to gain it while you work
