• This is an exciting teaching opportunity within Hartpury's FE Agriculture department to apply industry knowledge while advancing your career in a supportive and dynamic environment.
• To deliver exceptional teaching by sharing your knowledge and passion which will assist students to achieve excellent results within an exam-based agriculture qualification.
• To inspire students to appreciate and enjoy all aspects of agriculture, instilling in them a passion to build a deep appreciation for the sector.

About You

• You are keen to join a forward-thinking team dedicated to delivering outstanding teaching and keeping agriculture at the cutting edge.

• Ideally you will be able to demonstrate previous teaching experience, however, a passion for sharing your industry experience with our students is what makes the real impact.
• You bring real-world agricultural expertise - in Mechanised Crop Production - and want to inspire future professionals.
• You hold (or are willing to gain) a teaching qualification, with full support from Hartpury.
• A degree or equivalent in a relevant subject is desirable, but strong industry experience is highly valued.
• You will be a strong team player, have excellent administration skills and demonstrate a willingness to engage with external partners and industry.
