About the Role

• You will be expected to deliver exceptional teaching on our BTEC Level 3 Sport (Rugby) programme which will assist students to achieve excellent results
• As a personal tutor, you will advise and guide individuals in their progress, success and career aspirations
• Inspiring students to appreciate and enjoy all aspects of sport, you will instill in them a passion for the subject and a desire to develop their understanding

About You

• Hold a teaching qualification or have a willingness to complete one
• Possess a degree or equivalent in relevant subject area
• Be able to demonstrate experience of delivering on the new Regulatory Qualifications Framework (RQF) Level 3 BTEC in Sport within the FE sector would be advantageous
• A holder of the A1 Assessors Award (or equivalent) and V1 Internal Verifiers Award (or equivalent) would be desirable
• A strong understanding of the requirements of delivering externally assessed modules on the above qualification \xe2\x80\x93 in particular \xe2\x80\x98Investigating Business in Sport and the Active Leisure Industry\xe2\x80\x99 and \xe2\x80\x98Development of Provision in Sport and Physical Activity\xe2\x80\x99.
• Possess a relatable sport coaching qualification to assist with the practical delivery within the study programme and rugby academy.
