Farnborough College of Technology is seeking a qualified and passionate professional to join our team as a

Maths Lecturer

supporting

students with learning difficulties and disabilities

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality teaching in maths from

pre-entry to Level 1

, including

Functional Skills (Entry Level 1 to Level 2)

and

GCSE Maths

. Integrate maths across a variety of programmes including

independent living and work skills

. Support students with a range of needs including moderate, severe, autistic spectrum disorders, and behavioural, emotional, and social difficulties. Work in line with students'

Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs)

.

Essential Requirements:

A relevant

teaching qualification

. A

qualification in maths

relevant to the teaching level. Proven experience working with

SEND learners

and supporting students with

EHCPs

.
