Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum development and departmental initiatives. Participate in faculty meetings, professional development opportunities, and community outreach programmes. Stay current with developments in your field through research and continuous professional development.

Qualifications

A degree in a relevant field is essential; a postgraduate qualification is preferred. Proven experience in teaching at the higher education level is advantageous. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire students. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with proficiency in English. Proficient IT skills for the use of educational technology and online learning platforms. Exceptional organisational skills to manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
