West Suffolk College, Bury St Edmunds 0.8 FTE - 28 hours per week, 52 weeks per year - Permanent Salary: 28,443 - 40,350 per annum (Dependent on qualifications and experience) Actual Salary: 22,754 - 32,380 per annum
We are seeking a passionate and committed educator to join our team, delivering high-quality, inclusive education to learners with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). The successful candidate will have proven experience in designing and delivering engaging, inspiring lessons that support learners from pre-entry up to Level 2, helping them achieve sustained progress toward their EHCP outcomes. A willingness to teach across the curriculum and adapt to the individual needs of learners is essential, as is a strong commitment to improving learning, achievement, progression, and wellbeing.

This role offers the opportunity to play a pivotal part in developing schemes of work and resources that transform the learning experience for our students. The ideal applicant will hold QTLS or QTS and bring excellent communication and organisational skills, alongside the ability to work collaboratively within a dynamic team.
