Are you an inspirational individual who has a passion for delivering maths to support our students' progress and achievement? We are recruiting for a Lecturer/Teacher in maths to teach GCSE & Functional Skills English to students studying on a range of different vocational programmes which includes:14-16-year-old students in the High School, 16-18 Cross College Students and Adults. You will bring learning to life as you help raise achievement in English promoting the enhancing of numeracy for all learners



The successful candidate will hold a degree or vocational qualification, be able to teach GCSE and Functional Skills and have recent experience of teaching Maths.


Successful candidates may be able to apply for a recruitment and retention payment through the Department for Education, Targeted Retention Incentive. providing they are within their first five years of teaching within Further Education. For the 2024 to 2025 academic year, the targeted retention incentive payment ranges from 2,000 to 6,000.
