Contributing to MSc teaching in implementation science and malaria-related public health topics.
Building equitable partnerships with Ministries of Health, global funders (e.g. GAVI, Global Fund), and global normative bodies (e.g. WHO).
Supporting career development of early-career researchers and playing an active role in the academic life of LSTM.
The successful candidate will possess:
A PhD in public health, implementation science, or a closely related field, with applied experience in LMIC settings.
Proven expertise in mixed-methods evaluations, including process evaluations and data analysis.
Demonstrable knowledge of malaria control interventions, particularly vaccines, and understanding of health systems in low-resource settings.
Excellent academic writing skills and a developing or established track record of publication.
Full working proficiency in French and experience conducting research in African settings.
A commitment to equitable partnerships, research capacity strengthening, and global health impact.
For Senior Lecturer level, you will additionally bring:
An established reputation in implementation science, with a strong publication record and successful research funding track record.
Evidence of strategic academic leadership, mentoring experience, and PhD supervision as a primary supervisor.
A clear vision for developing a sustainable and impactful research portfolio in malaria implementation science.
In return, we offer:
A competitive salary depending on experience and level of appointment.
30 days annual leave, plus bank holidays and additional Christmas closure days.
