Creative Lecturer Wanted at Salt College!
Are you passionate about Art, Design, Photography, or Film? Salt College is looking for an experienced Creative Lecturer to inspire and support our learners aged 16+, including those with EHCPs. If you love helping others achieve their qualifications and want to make a real impact, we want to hear from you!
The Role:
Deliver engaging, inclusive lessons across creative subjects Support a diverse mix of apprentices, school leavers, adults, and career changers Delivery on our Preparation for Adulthood (PFA) Curriculum Help every learner progress academically and personally
What We're Looking For:
Strong background in the creative sector (Art, Design, Photography, Film) Passion for teaching and supporting learners from all backgrounds Experience of working with learners with SEND including ADHD, ODD, ADD & ADHD Commitment to inclusive, accessible education Qualified to Teach up to level 3 Creative programmes
