Creative Lecturer Opportunity at Salt College!

Are you passionate about Art & Design, Photography, Media and or Music and ready to make a real difference? Salt College is seeking an experienced Creative Lecturer to teach up to Level 3 Creative industries, we are keen to heart from candidates from many backgrounds. If you have a background in teaching, training, or assessing--and experience working with SEND learners (including ADHD, ODD, ADD, and Autism)--we'd love to hear from you!

The Role:

Deliver engaging, inclusive Creative lessons to learners aged 16+ Support a diverse group, including those with SEND and EHCPs Help students achieve their qualifications and develop essential creative skills Contribute to a supportive, learner-focused environment

What We're Looking For:

Recognised qualifications in any skills within the Creative Industries Experience teaching, training, or assessing in Creative Industries Confident supporting learners with ADHD, ODD, ADD, Autism, and other additional needs Commitment to inclusive, accessible education Hold QTLS, DET or DTLLS
