To provide dedicated administrative and process support to busy property team, ensuring routine tasks are managed efficiently and effectively. The role is across office, working closely with the senior Legal Support team and plays a key part in enabling senior support staff and lawyers to focus on high-value client work.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out routine administrative support for Lawyers and PAs, including scanning, filing, printing, and document production.
Assist with file opening, compliance checks, billing support, and archiving.
Support the smooth running of transactions by managing standard forms, searches, and related documentation.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems (electronic and physical).
Liaise with colleagues in other offices to ensure consistent service across the property team.
Learn and follow firm procedures and systems, developing knowledge of property workflows.
Work under the guidance of the Legal Support team, receiving training and mentorship.
Skills and Experience
Previous office or administrative experience essential.
Previous experience within the legal sector (desirable).
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Willingness to learn legal processes and systems.
Positive, proactive attitude with the ability to meet deadlines.
