This role provides the opportunity to join one of the fastest growing business groups of Hill Dickinson. The Healthcare team have been growing year-on-year with a team of over 80+ lawyers and national coverage. We are one of the leading law firms providing legal advice and support to the NHS and independent healthcare organisations.

Our dedicated Healthcare team are now looking to recruit a Legal Administration Assistant to join the firm's Health Real Estate team to provide administrative support to the fee earning staff within the team on a wide rangeof Healthcare Real Estatematters for the NHS and private sector organisations operating in the Health and Social Care Sector. Introduction to the team:

Experts in their field, the Health Real Estate team regularly advises NHS bodies and independent sector providers of health services on a broad range of Real Estate matters. As well as CCGs, NHS Trusts and foundation trusts and primary care providers, the team advises key national organisations including NHS England.

Key responsibilities:



Providing support to the Head of the Team with the co-ordination of data information for clients File Management - creating and archiving files and ensuring compliance procedures are adhered to Records - archiving and recovery of records as requested by secretarial or fee earning staff Scanning and photocopying documents Printing e-mail attachments Filing may be required occasionally Billing Deeds management General administrative assistance

Organises own work effectively and has the ability to handle multipleprojects, shifting priorities and meet strict client deadlines Demonstrates understanding of client needs/expectations Excellent communication skills Ability to work effectively as part of a team and develop relationships within the wider team along with the ability to work to own initiative Ability to work flexibly and proactively Excellent attention to detail IT skills (Microsoft applications including Word, Outlook and Excel) Ability to operate in a busy target driven environment
