Legal Administrator
Tetra Tech RPS has an opportunity for an experienced Legal Administrator to join our Legal Team in Abingdon. This role offers flexibility (full-time or 4 days per week) and the chance to work in a dynamic, multi-disciplinary consulting environment.
As a Legal Administrator, you'll provide essential legal support and administrative services to our Consulting UK/I and Services (UK) Operating Units. You'll play a key role in managing legal processes, supporting contract reviews, and ensuring compliance across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver general legal administration and support the Legal Team
Act as the first point of contact for legal requests, providing triage before allocation
Manage the contract review lifecycle tool (Panoram)
Oversee the Legal Mailbox and ensure timely responses
Suggest and implement process improvements
Answer queries on legal processes and company governance
Handle scanning, archiving, and filing of legal documentation
Coordinate with senior executive administrators for contract execution logistics
Assist with legal and commercial initiatives
Support the team with a variety of administrative tasks
Skills and Experience:
Previous experience as a Legal Administrator, Legal Assistant, or similar role
Strong organisational and planning skills with the ability to prioritise workload
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Professional and proactive approach with strong interpersonal skills
Confidence to interact with senior management and manage upwards
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general IT literacy
Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to learn and embrace new technologies, including: Panoram, SharePoint, AI legal review tools, TetraTech technology, Various e-signature platforms
