We are seeking a highly organised and proactive
Legal Administration Assistant
to provide comprehensive administrative support to our fast-paced Legal Department based in Burscough. This role is ideal for someone with excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic team environment.
We are looking for someone who is positive, energetic and enthusiastic, a problem solver and someone who can work as part of a tight team and using their own initiative. You will be responsible for ensuring that you provide an excellent service to your stake holders and ensure that everyone has a positive experience by delivering an outstanding service.

Responsibilities to include:
Handling incoming telephone enquiries from clients, garages, and solicitors
Making outbound calls to clients regarding court hearing attendance
Preparing and sending confirmation letters for court transport arrangements
Maintaining the court hearing diary using Outlook
Coordinating the receipt and distribution of trial bundles to the court team
Responding to solicitor queries in a timely and professional manner
Uploading signed documents to internal systems (Fusemetrix and/or Proclaim)
Updating and maintaining company databases and departmental diaries
Assisting with filing and archiving processes
Supporting the wider team with ad hoc administrative tasks to ensure smooth business operations
About You:
Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
Well-organised with effective administrative and time management skills
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Confident using IT systems and Microsoft Office applications
A collaborative team player with a flexible and positive attitude
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
