When you join BW Legal as a Legal Administrator, you'll start with an annual salary of 19,200. From there, you'll benefit from annual salary reviews, with pay increases awarded when performance criteria are met.
About the role:
As a Legal Administrator, you'll support our busy Litigation Department by delivering efficient data entry and administration services to the wider legal team. You'll work closely with experienced colleagues who'll provide bespoke support around best practices, legal processes, and case strategy.

What you will be doing:
Liaising with the court via telephone and email to progress disputed matters
Preparing document bundles under the supervision of paralegals and solicitors
Reviewing disputed cases and providing recommendations to paralegals on next steps
Filing and serving forms within court-stipulated deadlines
Scanning and attaching correspondence for the department
Making evidence requests to clients and updating case files accordingly
Managing an accurate diary
What we're looking for:
Previous experience in an administrative role within a high-volume office environment
GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths at grade C / 4 or above
Strong attention to detail, with the ability to record information accurately
Confidence working under pressure and managing multiple priorities
Clear and professional communication skills to keep stakeholders informed
Excellent organisational and time management abilities
Your working week:
30 hours per week
Monday to Friday
Shifts of either 9am3pm or 10am4pm (your shift will be agreed at offer stage)
Opportunities for overtime during the week, paid at your standard hourly rate
Opportunities for Saturday overtime, paid a rate of time and a quarter

You'll be based at our modern office in Leeds, conveniently located just off Junction 3 of the M621. For those driving, we offer free on-site parking, making commuting by car hassle-free.
