, offering an exciting opportunity for a
Legal Admin / Receptionist
to join our team. This role is ideal for someone looking to begin their career in legal services while gaining hands-on experience in a professional office environment.
You will provide general administrative and front-of-house support to the legal team.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the first point of contact for incoming telephone calls and visitor enquiries
Communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing
Handle general office duties such as photocopying, scanning, post handling, filing, and telephone support
Respond promptly and courteously to client queries via phone and email
Draft basic correspondence and letters under supervision
Update and maintain case management systems and digital files
Support the Family and Immigration departments with day-to-day administrative tasks
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
Skills, Qualifications & Experience Required:
GCSEs (Grade A-C / 9-4) in English and Maths - or a
minimum of 3 years' experience
in a legal administrative or receptionist role
Law graduate preferred
Professional and courteous manner, particularly when dealing with clients
Strong attention to detail and eagerness to learn
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Confident working both independently and as part of a team
Competent in Microsoft Office and general IT systems
