The Role
We are seeking a
Legal Administrator
to join our busy Private Client department. You will be supporting solicitors with
Wills, Probate and Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs)
.
This is an
administrative support role
, not a training contract pathway or fee-earning position. It is suited to someone who enjoys admin work and wants to build a long-term career in a support function.
What You'll Do
Provide administrative support across Wills, Probate and LPA matters.
Manage and organise case files.
Draft standard correspondence and assist with forms/applications.
Liaise with clients in a professional and sensitive manner.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and post.
General team and office support.
About You
Previous office/administration experience essential (legal sector desirable).
Familiarity with
Wills & Probate processes
is a strong advantage.
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and client care skills.
IT literate, confident using case management systems and Microsoft Office.
Comfortable in a support role and not seeking progression to a solicitor position.
