The Role

As a Legal AI Supervisor, you'll play a frontline role in shaping how legal judgment is reflected in the outputs of our agents. You'll carry out legal AI alignment work and help ensure that agent outputs reflect nuance, risk calibration, escalation logic, and commercial common sense.

What You Will Be Doing

Legal Alignment

: Ensure that outputs reflect layered legal thinking, appropriate escalation logic, and business-aware judgment.

Review & Calibration

: Assess agent responses for clarity, accuracy, and contextual fit across key use cases (e.g. contract reviews, triage, help desk etc).

Refinement & Feedback

: Surface opportunities for agent output refinement to ensure alignment with commercial and legal standards, and contribute feedback that strengthens underlying logic and prompt design.

Pattern Recognition

: Spot inconsistencies, surface edge-case behaviours, and feed into continuous improvement processes.

Documentation & Insight

: Capture observations and learnings in a structured way to support system evolution and internal alignment.

Who You Are

Legally Trained

: A minimum of 2 years of qualified experience in commercial law, contracts, or tech-enabled legal services.

Detail-Oriented

: You naturally zoom in on risk, tone, and legal substance--and you care deeply about getting it right.
