The Role
You will provide administrative support to the Corporate team, acting as a key point of contact for colleagues, clients and professional advisers and ensuring matters are progressed efficiently and to the highest standard.
Key responsibilities will include:
Acting as a point of contact for colleagues, clients, and third-party advisers
Building and maintaining effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Managing client queries professionally and efficiently
Coordinating the administrative aspects of transactions
Diary management
Preparing client care documentation
Supporting file reviews and liaising with Risk & Compliance teams
Assisting with billing, WIP management, and aged debt
Updating internal portals and ensuring files are closed in accordance with firm procedures
Providing general admin support to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the department

Essential Skills and Experience
The successful candidate will demonstrate:
Experience in a comparable legal support or legal assistant role
Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
Clear, professional communication skills (written and verbal)
The ability to manage competing priorities calmly and effectively
A proactive and reliable approach to work
Confidence using case management systems and legal IT
A sound working knowledge of relevant legal processes
Desirable Experience
Previous experience supporting a Corporate team or working within a transactional legal environment
