Support fee earners and ensure a seamless quality of service for clients within the Housing Disrepair Team
Previous Housing Disrepair experience is desirable but not essential.
Progression within the company to obtain a Training Contract / become a Fee Earner.
LPC Graduates welcome.
Key responsibilities & duties
:
To obtain documentation from client's to ensure sufficient information to draft a letter of claim.
Drafting of letters of claim.
Instructing experts and reviewing of surveyors reports.
Drafting of statements.
To be able to understand and review particulars of claim, defences and subsequent proceedings to draft a detailed statement.
Prepare answers to routine questions.
Set up and maintain electronic filing systems for records, correspondence, and other material.
Conduct searches to find needed information, using such sources as the Internet.
Learn to operate new office technologies as they are developed and implemented.
Manage projects and contribute to committee and teamwork.
Operate email systems.
Ensure that company format policies are followed.
Client relations
Provide high quality point of contact for all clients
Develop and maintain good relationships with all clients and other professionals
