We are currently recruiting for a Legal Assistant to join our first-class Costs team in Manchester.
Key Responsibilities:-

Prepare Bills of Costs for Service, Part 8 Court Forms and bundles for Set Down at Court
Liaise with Courts, Counsel and experts to obtain invoices, Court Orders and any other relevant documentation.
Maintain and update the case management system ensuring information is accurate and up to date
Assist Fee Earners with general administrative duties
Undertake ad hoc administrative duties including document management, filing, scanning and correspondence handling.
Support the Costs team in delivering a professional and efficient service to clients and colleagues.
