Child Care Legal Assistant - Join a Highly Respected Legal Team 
 We're currently working with a well-established and reputable law firm that is looking to appoint a Legal Assistant to join their busy Child Care Department . This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about family and child care law and is looking to grow within a supportive and professional environment. 
About the Role: 
 As a Legal Assistant in the Child Care team, you'll play a key role in supporting solicitors with a wide range of administrative and legal tasks. This is a busy department dealing with sensitive matters, so we're looking for someone who is organised, empathetic, and able to manage a varied workload with professionalism and care. 
Key Responsibilities Include: 
 Assisting with the preparation of legal documentation and case files 
 Managing correspondence with clients, courts, and third parties 
 Coordinating diaries and court schedules 
 Ensuring files are kept up to date and accurate 
 Providing general administrative support to fee earners 
Ideal Candidate Profile: 
 Previous legal assistant experience (child care/family law preferred but not essential) 
 Strong organisational and time management skills 
 Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal 
 Confident IT skills, including Microsoft Office and legal case management systems 
 A proactive attitude and the ability to work well under pressure
