Canford Law are a young, but rapidly expanding Law firm, operating out of three locations. Our office in Manchester is looking for a new Client Liaison Officer (Onboarder) to join the team. As the firm has ambitions to continue its growth trajectory, we require a diligent, self-motivated individual to work in what will be a key role within the organisation.
The firm is a great place to work, our staff work hard, but have fun along the way. We are only looking for energetic people, that come with a "can do attitude". Those that fit the bill are encouraged to apply without delay.
This is an entry level role, although there is potential for opportunity to advance within the firm (Paralegal role).
Day to Day Responsibilities
The main responsibility of this role is to send all initial correspondence on claims; to our client's and insurance companies. This included our retainer (authority to act). We require this retainer to be completed and returned as soon as possible and so once it has been sent, the Client Liaison Officer is responsible for chasing the client periodically, for them to return the retainer and come onboard.
The successful candidate will be targeted on the number of calls made per week, and the percentage of clients they have managed to onboard.
Draft and send initial correspondence to clients on new cases (retainer/authority to act)
Contact insurance companies and solicitors with initial correspondence and letters of intent.
Contact clients to chase the retainer; via phone, email and letter.
Answer any questions the client may have.
