An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Legal Secretary with knowledge of working within the Conveyancing Department. Must be able to work within a very busy but friendly team. Salary is according to experience and qualifications.
Day to Day duties will include the following:
Supporting the Fee Earner
Legal knowledge an advantage but not essential
Liaise with clients confidently, with a friendly outgoing manner in person and over the telephone
Diary management and arranging appointments
Basic secretarial duties such as audio typing and Digital dictation
Assisting with the drafting of documents
Ordering Searches
You will be responsible for general admin duties including use of the case management systems
As a person you will need the following qualities and experience:
Previous legal experience (essential)
You must have excellent interpersonal skills
Experience in working within a professional office (Essential)
Working knowledge of Microsoft packages and Outlook (Essential)
Excellent customer service (Essential)
Accuracy (Essential)
