We are looking for a Legal Counsel (Audits & Certifications) to support our certification and audit projects, ensuring our products and processes comply with key international standards and frameworks.
What You Will Be Doing:

• Analyze certification and regulatory standards (e.g. ETSI, NIST, eIDAS, ISO/IEC 29115, ISO/IEC 29003, age verification standards, ISO 27701, ISO 9001, ISO 31000).
• Define, structure, and maintain required evidence for audits and certifications.
• Identify and collect proof from various teams (infosec, data privacy, product, etc.) and ensure it is complete and audit-ready.
• Draft and maintain legal and compliance documentation (policies, procedures, memoranda, etc.).
• Participate in internal and external audits as part of the certification & audit team, including communication with auditors.
• Monitor changes in relevant standards and assess their impact on existing certifications and processes.

About You:
Must have:

• Law degree.
• Practical experience with certifications and/or audits.
• Strong analytical and legal research skills; ability to work with large volumes of information.
• Meticulous, highly organized, and attentive to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
• Good command of English (written and spoken).

Nice to have:

• Experience in tech/fintech/regtech/digital identity or regulated industries.
• Experience in multi-jurisdictional certification projects.
• Background working with information security, data privacy, or risk management.
