Seeking commercial lawyers for this exciting Legal Counsel role
Legal Counsel - Cambridgeshire
Client
An international science and technology group
Role

Drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts/agreements
Providing high quality and pragmatic legal guidance on a wide range of matters across areas such as IP, corporate, employment and real estate
Wide commercial exposure across this growing business, working closely with an experienced legal team as day-to-day business partners across the group
Ad hoc commercial and corporate projects across the group's UK businesses

You

2+ years PQE solicitor with a commercial background
Experience of/an interest in working in the science/technology sector is an advantage, as is experience with service contracts
Strong commercial acumen
Proactive and adaptable to relevant legal developments and regulation changes across sectors and geographies
