Legal Counsel Location: Liverpool (1-2 days per week in the office) Flexible/Hybrid Working | Excellent Culture | Great Work-Life Balance Are you a junior lawyer looking to take your first step in-house? In this varied role, you will: - Work closely with senior lawyers and key business stakeholders on a wide range of commercial, regulatory and corporate projects; - Gain hands-on experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts; - Take the lead on data protection for the business, including identifying areas for improvement and training the business; - Contribute to strategic initiatives and business growth. This role is ideally suited to lawyers with 1-3 years' PQE (or equivalent experience) from a commercial, corporate, banking, or financial services background who are looking to broaden their skill set and move into a dynamic in-house environment.
